1. Aluminum plate handling: When handling plates, all four sides of the plate should be lifted at the same time. Pushing, pulling, and extracting are strictly prohibited to avoid scratching the surface of the plate.
2. Aluminum plate slotting: When using a slotting machine or gong machine for slotting, a semi-circular end milling cutter with a diameter greater than 90 degrees should be used. The cutting should not be too deep to damage the aluminum plate, nor too shallow to make it difficult to fold. A plastic core material with a thickness of 0.2-0.3mm should be left along with the aluminum plate for bending to increase strength and toughness. Otherwise, the aluminum plate may break or the paint film may burst during bending.
